Case filed under PECA over transgender Dolphin Ayan’s leaked video
A case has been registered under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the first time in the province’s history, following the viral circulation of a compromising video of a transgender person, Dolphin Ayan.
