Public holiday in Sindh on Jan 12
On the occasion of the burial of Pir Saheb of Pagara on Thursday, Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, has declared a public holiday in the province on January 12.
This was announced in a statement issued from the C.M. House here on Wednesday.
The Chief of the Pakistan Muslim League Functional (PML-F) and spiritual head of Hurs, Pir Saheb of Pagara, had passed away in London on Tuesday.
He will be laid to rest in his ancestral town on Thursday and on this occasion, the Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, declared a holiday in the province on January 12, the statement added.
