Four students were injured in a clash between two student groups at Government Emerson College Bosan road on Tuesday.

Students belonging to MSF had gathered in the collge in connection with general body of their group when some of them exchanged hot words with  the students of their rival group,PSF.

This was followed by  aerial firing by the MSF and clash between the two groups.

Later,students  blocked traffic at Bosan road and police had to resort aerial firing and tear gas shelling to control the situation. Four students received injuries in the row.

The police force is still deputed there to ensure law and order.
