Former Chairperson of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and widow of former prime minister and founder of PPP Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, Begum Nusrat Bhutto was laid to rest in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh after funeral prayers held at the Naudero House on Monday.

President Asif ali Zardari, Prim Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, Bilawal Bhutto, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Federal Ministers, Rehman Malik Babar Awan, Naveed Qamar, Khurshid Shah, MQM’s Farooq Sattar, Wasim Akhtar, PML-N’s Gahus Ali Shah, Ghanwa Bhutto and others also attended the funeral prayers.

Earlier the body of Begum Nusrat Bhutto was flown from Dubai to Sukkur Airport.
