Supreme Court has adjourned till Friday the hearing of election petition filed against Federal Minister Sumaira Malik owing to non-presence of lawyers.
The SC bench comprises Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Justice Mian Shakir Ullah Jan and Justice Sayyed Saeed Ashahd.
Malik Omar Aslam has filed the petition against the federal minister for allegedly holding fake BA degree, submission of wrong declaration of assets and being debtor. Aftab Gul is representing Sumaira Malik.
