In a desperate bid to get their troubled relationship back on track, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly discussing making a sequel to `Mr & Mrs Smith` - the film which brought them together.
While making the 2005 movie Pitt was married to Jennifer Aniston, but that didn't stop him from falling in love with Jolie.
And the couple - who now raise six children together - is apparently keen to go back to the beginning to recapture the passion, reports.
The romantic action film was penned by screenwriter Simon Kinberg. "They're hoping lightning will strike twice and they can re-spark the magnetism that captivated them five years ago," a source told an American tabloid.
"It's no secret that relationship-wise, Brad and Angie are on the ropes. The stress of raising six kids and juggling two red-hot careers is wearing them down," the source added. The insider added that Brad's asked Simon to write the Mr & Mrs Smith sequel.
