Momina Iqbal harassment case reaches NCCIA Lahore

A major development has emerged in the online harassment complaint filed by actress Momina Iqbal, as the petition sent from Karachi has been received by NCCIA Lahore.

According to sources, the complaint has been filed against Saqib Chaddar, and preliminary proceedings have been initiated by the NCCIA.

Both parties have been summoned for an investigation at 1pm today.

Officials said the inquiry will initially be conducted on merit, while digital evidence linked to the online harassment allegations will also be reviewed in detail.

According to NCCIA sources, a decision on whether to register an FIR will be made after examining the available evidence and recording statements from both parties.

Sources added that if the allegations are proven, the matter could be converted into a police case, while the scope of legal action will be decided after the preliminary investigation.
