Islamabad High Court ordered Imran Khan to be released on bail in the £190 million case on Wednesday.
A two-member bench comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri had reserved the decision on Tuesday.
The bail has been set at Rs1 million.
The accusation states that Imran and Bushra Bibi acquired significant amounts of money and land from Bahria Town Ltd in exchange for legitimizing Rs50 billion, which had been identified and repatriated by the UK during the previous PTI government, with the total land area amounting to hundreds of kanals.
