A 7-year-old child tragically lost their life after being forgotten inside a car in Sharjah.
The incident occurred when an unlicensed driver, who had been hired by the child’s parents, left the child inside the vehicle parked outside the school for the entire day.
According to the Sharjah Police, the incident was reported on Tuesday afternoon.
The child, of Asian nationality, was left in the car while everyone else disembarked upon reaching the school.
The driver failed to check if anyone was still inside the vehicle and locked the door before leaving with her husband.
It was only at the end of the school day when students were preparing to return home that the child’s lifeless body was discovered inside the car.

The authorities have issued a warning to residents, urging them not to entrust their children’s transportation to unlicensed drivers.
Parents are advised to utilize designated school buses, which are equipped with appropriate security measures and subject to continuous monitoring by responsible authorities.
Parents can personally transport their children to ensure their safety.
