Zero-calorie drinks are worse than regular sodas

It is said that drinks containing 0% calories may help you to improve your body but in actual, it only put on some weights. Drinks that contain less than 5 calories, FDA allow it to be a zero-calorie beverage.

Beware of fake mutton

Nowadays there is a risk of buying chemically transformed meat from a rat, horse etc. Try not to buy muttons from stores, instead, go to market so that you can see what you are going to eat.

Natural energy bars

Natural products do not need this word. In fact, most bars contain sugar, salt, canola oil and corn flour and are high in calories or generally modified.

Margarine as an alternative to butter

Margarine is not healthier than butter. There is also no good proof that substituting margarine for butter reduces the chances of having a heart attack or developing heart disease.
