The federal cabinet will meet tomorrow under the chairmanship of the prime minister to approve the federal budget for 2026–27, sources said.

According to sources, the budget documents will also be presented in the National Assembly on the same day, with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expected to attend the session.

Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb will brief the cabinet on key budget proposals before formal approval.

The meeting will be held at Parliament House at 4pm.
