Court restores Ducky Bhai’s bank accounts, permits YouTube uploads
1 min readLahore District Court on Monday ordered the restoration of social media personality Ducky Bhai’s bank accounts and granted him special permission to upload videos on his YouTube channel.
The case, related to the alleged promotion of a gambling app, was heard in the court, which clarified that no discussion about the pending case should take place on the YouTube channel.
The court noted that public commentary on the matter would be inappropriate until a final decision is reached.
During the hearing, the court was informed that the National Cybercrime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) had objections to 27 videos on Ducky Bhai’s channel.
The court directed that the videos should not be deleted for the time being and ordered the summoning of NCCIA witnesses for the next hearing.
The hearing was adjourned to March 11 due to the absence of the prosecutor.
The case under investigation involves the alleged promotion of a gambling app on social media, with further proceedings to continue based on evidence and witness statements at the next hearing.
