Mondelez Pakistan has been recognised as a Top Employer 2026, reaffirming its adherence to internationally benchmarked people and workplace standards, the company said.

The certification is part of a wider global achievement, with Mondelez International’s Middle East, North Africa and Asia Pacific (MENAP) region named a Top Employer across six markets in 2026.

Pakistan remains one of the company’s most consistently recognised operations, earning the certification for the seventh consecutive year, alongside Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

The recognition highlights that Mondelez Pakistan’s people practices are aligned with a regionally consistent and globally validated framework.

The company said its approach spans talent development, leadership, workplace culture, inclusion, and employee experience, reflecting standards applied across the MENAP region and worldwide.

The Top Employer certification is awarded by the Top Employers Institute, an independent global authority that evaluates organisations through a rigorous assessment process.

Companies are reviewed through the HR Best Practices Survey, followed by validation and audit, covering leadership, learning and development, wellbeing, inclusion, and overall employee experience.
