Father, two sons found dead in Lahore’s Kahna area
The bodies of a father and his two sons were recovered from a house in the Central Park area of Kahna, police said on Saturday.
According to police, the bodies were in an advanced state of decomposition, suggesting they had been lying there for nearly 20 days.
Initial investigations indicate that all three were murdered.
The deceased were identified as 65-year-old Numan Akhtar and his sons, Kamran, 35, and Imran, 30. Police said the bodies were found inside a house in the locality after residents alerted authorities.
Police teams shifted the bodies for post-mortem examination and sealed the house for forensic analysis. Investigators are examining possible motives and tracing the victims’ last contacts.
No arrests have been made so far, and further investigation is underway.
