Gold prices tumble in Pakistan amid global market drop
Gold prices continued to fall for the third consecutive day in both local and global markets, recording another major decline.
In Pakistan’s local bullion market, the price of gold per tola fell by Rs 4,700, bringing it down to Rs 455,562.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs 4,030, settling at Rs 390,570.
In the international market, gold dropped by 47 dollars and was recorded at 4,332 dollars per ounce.
It is worth mentioning that just a day earlier, gold prices had surged, with per tola gold rising by Rs 5,700 to reach Rs 460,262, while 10 grams increased by Rs 4,887 to Rs 394,600.
