Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar arrived in Abu Dhabi on Friday to attend the 16th Bani Yas Forum, being held at Sir Bani Yas Island.

He was received at the airport by a representative of the UAE Royal Protocol, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the UAE, Shafqat Ali Khan, and other senior officials.

Dar is participating in the three-day forum at the invitation of UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The Sir Bani Yas Forum is a high-level annual platform that gathers senior statesmen, policymakers, and global experts to discuss major regional and international issues, including peace, security, and economic cooperation.

Over the course of the event, Dar will engage with global leaders on regional stability, sustainable development and expanding economic partnerships.

He is also expected to outline Pakistan’s positions on dialogue, emerging regional challenges and opportunities for deeper cooperation.
