Emirates Dubai-Hyderabad flight receives security threat, lands safely
An Emirates flight from Dubai to the Indian city Hyderabad received a security threat on Friday, the airline confirmed, according to Khaleej Times.
The flight, EK526, landed safely at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at 8:30 a.m. local time. Authorities alerted the airline to the potential threat before landing, prompting standard security procedures.
“Standard security measures were implemented with full cooperation from Emirates’ ground teams. Passengers disembarked normally after security checks,” an Emirates spokesperson said.

“The safety and well-being of our passengers and crew remain Emirates’ highest priority,” the spokesperson added.
Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, operates flights to multiple Indian cities, including Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kochi, Delhi, Kolkata, and Thiruvananthapuram.
