The Lahore High Court on Saturday fixed for hearing the bail petition of YouTuber Saad Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, who was arrested in a case related to the promotion of an online gambling application.

Justice Shehram Sarwar will take up the case on Monday.

The petition names the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) and other departments as respondents.

Advocate Imran Chadhar, representing Ducky Bhai, stated that his client was arrested at the airport while attempting to travel abroad, despite the NCCIA never issuing a notice to summon him.

He argued that the petitioner remained in NCCIA custody for 22 days on physical remand following his arrest.
