PML-N’s Bilal Farooq Tarar elected unopposed from NA-66 Wazirabad
Bilal Farooq Tarar of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has been elected unopposed as the member of the National Assembly from NA-66 Wazirabad, following the vacancy created by the disqualification of former MNA Muhammad Ahmed Chatha.
The notification of his success was issued by District Returning Officer Shabbir Hussain under Form 34.
Bilal Farooq Tarar, the younger brother of Federal Minister Atta Tarar, will now represent NA-66 in the National Assembly for the upcoming term.
Election officials said the by-election process was conducted transparently. Party leaders congratulated Bilal Farooq Tarar on his unopposed victory.
