Bollywood stars Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have officially confirmed the long-rumored news that they are expecting their first child.

The couple made the announcement on Tuesday through a joint Instagram post, where Kaif 42 shared a heartfelt message alongside her husband, 37.

“On our way to start the best chapter of our lives with hearts full of joy and gratitude”, she captioned the post, which featured a Polaroid image of Kaushal cradling Kaif’s visibly growing baby bump.

The announcement sparked an outpouring of congratulations and excitement from fans and fellow celebrities alike.

While specific details about the due date were not disclosed, an insider revealed that Kaif is in her third trimester, with the delivery expected between October 15 and October 30.

The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony at Fort Barwara in Rajasthan in December 2021.
