The Balochistan government has extended Section 144 across the province for 15 days due to security concerns.

The order, effective from August 16 to August 31, restricts multiple activities to maintain law and order.

According to the notification, pillion riding on motorcycles has been banned, while riders are prohibited from covering their faces with masks or cloths while driving.

The restrictions also extend to all types of public gatherings, including the assembly of more than five people in one place.

Authorities said the measures are aimed at preventing untoward incidents and ensuring public safety during the specified period.
