Petrol price rises in Pakistan, what are new rates?

The federal government of Pakistan has announced to raise the petrol price by Rs5.36.

According to the official notification issued by the Ministry of Finance, there is a surge of Rs 5.36 in petrol prices. New petrol prices will be Rs272.15.

Rates of high diesel also increased by Rs11.37. New prices will be Rs284.35.

The notification stated that “The Government has revised the prices of petroleum products for the fortnight starting tomorrow”.

The revised prices will be effective from July 16, 2025.
