The price of 24-karat gold in Pakistan fell by Rs2,500 per tola on Monday, as international and local markets continued to experience fluctuations in bullion rates.

According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the new rate for one tola of 24-karat gold now stands at Rs353,000.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs2,143, bringing the new rate to Rs302,640.

In the international bullion market, gold prices also saw a decline of $25 per ounce, settling at $3,310 per ounce.
