Gold prices drop in Pakistan, intl markets
Gold prices in Pakistan dropped on Friday, reflecting a decline in the international market.
In the local market, the price of gold per tola fell by Rs1,800 to reach Rs350,900.
Similarly, the price for 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs1,543, now selling for Rs300,840, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
Additionally, the international gold price also fell on Friday.
According to APGJSA, it was priced at $3,325 per ounce (with a premium of $20), reflecting a decrease of $18 for the day.
Furthermore, the price of silver per tola remained stable at Rs3,417.
On Thursday, the price per tola had reached Rs352,700 after a drop of Rs4,200.
