UAE’s foreign minister to arrive in Pakistan on two-day official visit
United Arab Emirates (UAE) Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan is arriving in Pakistan today for a two-day high-level official visit on Sunday, aimed at further reinforcing the deep-rooted and brotherly relations between the two countries.
According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, the visit reflects the strong and enduring ties between Pakistan and the UAE and underscores their shared commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation across all areas of mutual interest.
During his stay, Sheikh Abdullah will hold talks with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister. The discussions will cover the full spectrum of bilateral relations, with particular focus on trade and investment, energy cooperation, regional security, and people-to-people connections.
The visit will also provide an opportunity for both sides to exchange views on regional and global developments of mutual concern. The last meeting between the two foreign ministers took place on February 21, 2025, in Abu Dhabi.

Sheikh Abdullah is also scheduled to call on Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif. This meeting will reaffirm the shared vision of both nations for peace and prosperity in the region.
The UAE Foreign Minister’s visit is expected to further deepen the longstanding Pakistan-UAE relationship and boost collaboration in diverse sectors, ultimately benefitting the people of both countries.
