Special aircraft brings bodies of eight terror victims from Iran to Bahawalpur
On the special directive of the Government of Pakistan, a Pakistan Air Force C-130 aircraft transported the bodies of eight Pakistani nationals from Zahedan, Iran, to Bahawalpur.
All the deceased belonged to the Bahawalpur district and were victims of a tragic terrorist attack in Iran’s Sistan-Baluchestan province.
According to the ISPR, after completion of the necessary legal formalities, the bodies were handed over to Pakistan’s Consul General in Zahedan and subsequently brought back to Pakistan early this morning.
At Bahawalpur airport, the bereaved families received the bodies. Civil and military officials were present at the airport and extended their condolences to the grieving relatives.

The Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee and the Services Chiefs also expressed deep sorrow over the tragic incident. They offered heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for them to be granted patience, strength, and resilience to bear this irreparable loss.
