In one distressing incident in the I-9 sector, a citizen was shot while attempting to resist a robbery. Meanwhile, in Faizabad, thieves stole a motorcycle after its fuel ran out and fled the scene.

Sources indicate that residents of Islamabad are increasingly at risk, as daylight robberies persist even on this significant holiday.

The police’s efforts to ensure citizen safety have fallen short during this festive period.

Witnesses reported that a gang was brazenly targeting individuals at gunpoint.

In the I-9 incident, the suspects snatched a mobile phone from a citizen, and when the victim resisted, one of the robbers shot him.

The injured man, identified as Anjil, has since been taken to PIMS hospital for treatment.

After running out of fuel, the thieves abandoned a motorcycle in Faizabad and easily commandeered another one from an individual arriving from the opposite direction at gunpoint.
