Shopkeeper foils robbery attempt in Quetta, kills two armed robbers
A robbery attempt at a mobile phone and stationery shop in the Nawan Killi area of Quetta was foiled when the shopkeeper opened fire, killing two robbers.
CCTV footage of the incident has been obtained by Aaj News.
According to police, the attempted robbery took place on Thursday during Iftar when two armed robbers tried to loot the shop at gunpoint. As they attempted to flee, the shopkeeper fired at them.
One of the robbers was killed on the spot, while the other was critically injured.

Police arrived at the scene following reports of gunfire and took the injured robber into custody. However, he later succumbed to his injuries after being shifted to the hospital.
The shopkeeper was also injured in the exchange of fire and is currently receiving medical treatment.
Upon learning about the incident, senior police officials, along with a heavy contingent, arrived at the scene.

The bodies of the deceased robbers were shifted to the hospital as authorities launched further investigations.
