Gold prices in Pakistan surged today, with a significant increase of Rs1,500 per tola, according to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association.

The new per tola price now stands at Rs301,500.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs1,286, bringing the new rate to Rs258,487.

Meanwhile, in the international market, gold prices jumped by $12, reaching $2,869 per ounce.
