Why did Bushra Ansari suddenly become active on social media? An interesting backstory
Renowned actress Bushra Ansari has finally revealed the interesting reason behind her sudden social media presence.
Speaking on Aaj TV’s special Iftar transmission “Baran-e-Rehmat”, she disclosed that she had a YouTube channel for five years, which was created by her daughter, Nariman.
However, she was initially unsure how to use it.
Bushra Ansari shared that her daughter often urged her to create content, but she would brush it off, saying, “I already have enough acting work, what should I even make?”
However, about a year and a half ago, frustration got the best of her.
“One day, I got angry and thought, ‘Wait and watch!’ That’s when I started vlogging,” she said.
She explained that now, wherever she goes, she records a few thoughts or moments, and people appreciate her content.
“The love from my audience was always there; I didn’t need to build a new connection. They watch my videos and leave wonderful comments.”
The veteran actress also commented on the bizarre trends dominating social media. She advised content creators to be mindful of what they put out:
“People are doing strange things online. My advice is to use some wisdom and awareness in whatever you do. We belong to a different world, but some of the things I see make me wonder — who are these people making millions and billions, and what exactly are they doing?”
Bushra Ansari clarified that she doesn’t intend to call out anyone specifically, but she finds it astonishing that certain influencers have gained such massive followings.
“One day, I was searching for some YouTubers and TikTokers, and I was left in shock. Who are these people? Where do I even find them? And more importantly, who is watching them? I have no idea!”
She further added, “I watch a lot of YouTube content, and I am not just surprised by the creators but also by those who follow them. Their intelligence, or lack thereof, astonishes me.”
The actress also questioned the lavish lifestyles of some online personalities.
“Who are these people who suddenly emerged and don’t even know how to speak properly? I’ve seen their weddings with luxury cars worth millions—it’s shocking!”
Bushra Ansari concluded with a piece of advice for digital creators: “Whatever you do, do it with wisdom and common sense.”
Her candid remarks have sparked conversations about the changing dynamics of fame and influence in the digital age.
