Mustafa murder case: victim’s mother demands action against SSP

“I will file a case against SSP Ali Hassan,” says grieving mother

The mother of Mustafa Amir, who was brutally murdered, has accused the authorities of a cover-up and demanded justice.

Speaking to Aaj News, she alleged that her son’s killing was a premeditated act.

She raised serious questions about the mysterious disappearance of a black, unregistered vehicle allegedly used in the crime.

“How did the car with tinted windows manage to leave Karachi’s Defence area undetected and later get burned in a remote part of Balochistan? Why did no one hear the blasts when the vehicle was set on fire?” she asked.

The victim’s mother accused SSP Investigation Ali Hassan of obstructing the case for 20 days and attempting to malign Mustafa’s reputation instead of ensuring justice.

“I will file a case against Ali Hassan. Who was he working under that he refused to listen to us?” she questioned. She further alleged that Mustafa’s murder was not just carried out by the named suspects, Armaghan and Shiraz, but involved others as well.

“How did these two suspects walk all the way back to Karachi after committing the murder? How did an unregistered vehicle travel from Defense to Hub, Balochistan, without raising any red flags?” she asked. According to Mustafa’s mother, AVCC, CIA, and CPLC officials made progress in solving the case, while local and investigative police remained inactive for 25 days.

She also dismissed claims that Mustafa was at fault for driving without a number plate. “He always had a number plate on his car, so how can they use this as an excuse?” she argued.

The grieving mother demanded SSP Ali Hassan’s immediate removal and strict action against him. She urged authorities to take the case seriously and ensure justice is served.
