The woman was orphaned and living with her brother-in-law

Rawalpindi police has arrested five people in connection with the murder of 20-year-old in Natha Chattar, in the jurisdiction of police station Jatli, in January. Investigation has revealed that the woman was Allegedly sexually assaulted by her relative and her death was allegedly a cover up.

The victim, identified as Sadia, was orphaned and had been in the care of her brother-in-law, identified as Gulfaraz aka Gullu, and lived in the same house.

According to the FIR, some time before the victim’s death it was revealed that the woman was expecting a child. It was then revealed that Gulfaraz had allegedly been sexually assaulting her along with a neighbour, named Muhammad Amin, for a long period of time.
