Kanye West denies expulsion claims from Grammy Awards 2025 amid wife’s sheer outfit controversy
American rapper Kayne West, also known as Ye, has refuted claims that he and his wife, Bianca Censori, were expelled from the 2025 Grammy Awards following public backlash over her sheer outfit.
Despite the criticism, the media reported that Censori was “loving life” and “fully enjoyed the experience.” The couple spent just 30 minutes at the ceremony before going to an after-party, where they celebrated until early morning.
West described the ceremony as “boring” and insisted their early departure was planned.
People also confirmed that West and his wife were not kicked out of Grammys 2025 on Sunday.
Rumours suggested that event organisers asked the couple to leave over concerns about indecent exposure, with CBS reportedly warning Kanye’s team about possible fines. But some reports while quoting insiders close to the Gold Digger artist denied such claims, stating that Kanye had no plans to remain at the event.
“Ye always planned to do the red carpet and leave – he’d never sit through the Grammys because it’s so dull and boring,” an Express insider said.
“People have called this a stunt, but to Ye, this is his art. He turned up, made headlines around the world, and left. No one told him what to do, and even if they had, he wouldn’t have listened.”
