Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing new allegations in a federal sex-trafficking and racketeering case, as detailed in a superseding indictment filed on Thursday, media reported. The music mogul is accused of dangling a victim over an apartment balcony and pressuring two other women into commercial sex acts.

While the superseding indictment does not introduce new charges, it outlines a pattern of abuse, threats, trafficking, and coercion spanning two decades, from 2004 to 2024.

The indictment includes disturbing claims of severe mistreatment, particularly highlighting an incident in which Combs allegedly dangled one victim from a balcony. It also revealed the names of two more victims, though their identities remain confidential.

Combs is also accused of masterminding a sex-trafficking conspiracy, as outlined in a case filed in the Southern District of New York last September. The 55-year-old hip-hop mogul allegedly kidnapped, drugged, and trafficked victims across state lines.

The indictment has claimed that Combs offered victims monetary payments, career opportunities, and assistance with housing costs, only to threaten to withdraw these benefits if they resisted engaging in sexual acts with him and, at times, with male sex workers.

Moreover, he is accused of keeping tabs on his victims, monitoring their medical records, providing them with drugs, and restricting their movement in his residences or hotel rooms. Prosecutors alleged that Combs used guns and threats of violence to intimidate the women into performing violent sexual acts, which he recorded.

In March, federal raids on his mansions in Miami and Beverly Hills uncovered over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and various drugs, which were reportedly intended for use in orgies referred to as “freak offs.”
