A new lawsuit has been filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing the music mogul of raping a 16-year-old babysitter in New York City in 2000.

The plaintiff, referred to as Jane Doe, alleged that Combs offered her a drink that made her feel “groggy” before the assault occurred, reports said.

According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe claimed that after finishing her babysitting duties, Combs persuaded her to get into his car, despite her initial refusal.

The lawsuit stated that he then took her to another location, where he allegedly raped her. After the incident, she was reportedly left in the lobby of her apartment building.

Combs’ legal team has vigorously denied the allegations, asserting that he has never sexually assaulted or engaged in sex trafficking of any kind.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” they stated.
