PCB Chairman Naqvi, USA Cricket CEO Atkeison to agree finalise bilateral series plans
Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Mohsin Naqvi and USA Cricket CEO Johnathan Atkeison have agreed to finalise plans for a cricket series between the two nations.
In a meeting, Naqvi assured Atkeison of the PCB’s support for promoting cricket in the US and invited him to visit Pakistan to watch the Champions Trophy matches.
He also proposed training programmes for American coaches in Pakistan.
Atkeison thanked Naqvi for the invitation and acknowledged the potential for cricket growth between the two countries.
Pakistan Super League CEO Salman Nasir was also present at the meeting.
The tickets for the group stage matches and the second semi-final of the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 in Pakistan would go on sale on Tuesday (today).
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) will host India’s matches in the 2025 Champions Trophy.
