Saudi Arabia updates fees for Iqama renewals, visa services for 2025
Saudi Arabian authorities have announced updated fees for Iqama renewals, as well as for exit and reentry visas and other services for 2025, according to local media.
The Ministry of Interior’s Absher Business platform revised fees for seven services offered to businesses.
The new fee for extending an exit and reentry visa is 103.5 Saudi riyal, while the renewal fee for the residency permit (Iqama) is now 51.75 Saudi riyal. The final exit fee has been set at 70 Saudi riyal, and the charge for issuing a new Iqama is also 51.75 Saudi riyal. Additionally, obtaining an employee report will cost 28.75 Saudi riyal, and amending expatriate passport information is priced at 69 Saudi riyal.
Absher Business noted on its ‘X’ account that these fees are for value-added services provided through their platform and are not part of the employer’s annual package purchase.
The Absher platform has recently introduced several new services, including a tool that enables hosts to report absconding individuals who entered Saudi Arabia on guest visas.
Foreign workers, including those from Pakistan, must promptly renew their residency permits or Iqama upon expiration, as having an invalid Iqama can lead to complications.
