Major traffic disruptions in Karachi due to Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen protests
Karachi is facing significant traffic disruptions as the Majlis Wahdat-e Muslimeen holds demonstrations in various areas.
Key routes, including University Road and the main M.A. Jinnah Road at Numaish Chowrangi, are closed to traffic, leading to widespread congestion.
Both sides of Abul Hasan Isfahani Road and the road in front of the Super Highway are also blocked, creating challenges for commuters attempting to reach their offices. Additionally, Five Star Chowrangi is completely shut down.
Early this morning, University Road was closed near Safari Park, resulting in long vehicle queues. Reports indicated that the main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Kala Chapra, and National Highway near Malir 15 Bridge, along with the road at Quaidabad, are similarly affected.
