Farrukh H. Sabzwari has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) for a three-year term.

This decision comes after the PSX Board of Directors received a recommendation from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), which was subsequently approved.

Sabzwari brings extensive experience to his new role, having previously held significant positions within both the PSX and SECP, as well as in various leading financial institutions.

His deep knowledge of the financial sector is expected to enhance the strategic direction of the PSX and promote growth within Pakistan’s capital markets.
