In a heartbreaking incident in Valencia, Spain, two children from a Pakistani family connected to Vehari have tragically lost their lives in a devastating flood. The victims, a 3.5-year-old girl and her 6-year-old brother, were swept away by the rising waters.

Rescue officials have successfully recovered the bodies, which will be returned to the grieving family following DNA confirmation.

The Pakistani embassy in Spain confirmed the news via a Facebook post, stating they received information about the two children who perished in the flood.

The embassy has reached out to the family to offer support during this challenging time, while also respecting their privacy by withholding further details.

In a related incident, a British couple, Terry and Dawn Turner, who lived in the town of Pedralba near Valencia, also fell victim to the flood. Their daughter, Ruth O’Loughlin, from Brentwood, Staffordshire, reported that her parents’ bodies were discovered in their car on Saturday, November 2nd.

Ruth shared that her parents had relocated to Valencia from the UK a decade ago, drawn by the region’s warm climate compared to the cooler weather they experienced in Britain.
