Shahdara police have successfully recovered a 3-month-old baby named Ammar and apprehended a woman implicated in the kidnapping.

The accused woman reportedly deceived the baby’s mother by claiming she could perform a spiritual healing ritual, after which she abducted the child from Faisalabad.

Police sources indicate that the woman, who accompanied the mother, fled with the baby shortly after.

Authorities noted that the thorough investigations by Shahdara Police disrupted the entire kidnapping scheme. The suspect, identified as Sana, already had a kidnapping case filed against her in Faisalabad.
