Abu Dhabi launches second edition of road safety campaign

Abu Dhabi Police have unveiled the second edition of their traffic awareness initiative, titled “Path of Safety 2,” in collaboration with First Abu Dhabi Bank and Saaed Traffic Systems.

The campaign aims to enhance road safety by addressing dangerous behaviors such as distracted driving, speeding, and sudden lane changes.

The initiative will feature workshops, publications, and social media outreach to raise awareness and reduce traffic accidents.

Brigadier General Mahmoud Youssef Al Baloushi emphasized the campaign’s comprehensive approach, involving various stakeholders.

Key focus areas include avoiding unsafe driving practices, maintaining safe distances, and adhering to traffic signals.
