Sindh launches online driving license services
The Sindh government has unveiled a new online service for obtaining driving licenses, aimed at making the process more accessible for citizens.
Through this initiative, individuals can now apply for learning and international driving licenses online, with plans to introduce non-commercial license renewals shortly.
To obtain a learning licence, applicants can log onto the website dlsonline.sindhpolice.gov.pk. After a period of 42 days, they will be eligible to apply for a permanent licenses at any branch.
During the launch event, Provincial Home Minister Ziaul Hasan Lanjar praised the efforts of the Inspector General of Sindh and the Deputy Inspector General of Driving licenses for implementing this modern service, noting that it would enhance the image of the Sindh Police.
Additionally, the Sindh government had previously announced that all 11 driving licenses branches across the province are now equipped to issue international driving licenses.

This service became available online for Sindh residents holding valid licenses starting September 14, with six branches in Karachi and additional branches in Hyderabad, Nawabshah, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur, and Larkana participating in the rollout.
