A fire suddenly broke out at the Tarbela Ghazi Grid Station in Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The fire engulfed the grid station’s main power lines.

The fire caused four feeders connected to the Tarbela Grid Station – Ghazi One, Ghazi Two, Jhamra, and Siri Kot – to trip, resulting in a complete power outage.

Authorities state that a team has been summoned from Abbottabad and work to restore power has begun.
