The decision includes the elimination of all posts from grades 1 to 16 across the ministry.
The Cabinet Division will oversee the dissolution of CAD, while the Establishment Division and Finance Division will handle the administrative aspects of the closure.
As part of the right-sizing initiative, the government has also announced plans to outsource several roles, including finance, cleaning, and plumbing services, in all ministries.
