Pakistani actress and model Hania Aamir has responded to a viral video circulating on social media, asserting that the clip is a deepfake created using artificial intelligence (AI).

The actress addressed the issue on her Instagram stories, clarifying that the viral video does not feature her.

She wrote in her story, “This AI stuff is very scary.”

Further, she highlighted laws to be in place for this AI.

“These videos are not my videos if anyone is convinced they are,” she said on her Instagram.

“The bold video making rounds is fake and generated using AI,” she said.

“Someone needs to explain to these showbiz websites that this video is not mine,” she said.
