PMD forecasts more rain for Karachi starting September 3
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has once again forecasted more rain in Karachi from September 3.
According to the Met Office, moisture-laden winds will enter the upper regions of the country from the Bay of Bengal starting today. At the same time, a western disturbance will affect the western areas.
The PMD stated that under this rain-bearing system, there is a possibility of thunderstorms and rain in Karachi and across Sindh.
The PMD indicated that this rainy spell will continue until September 4, with rain expected this evening in Islamabad, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir, as well as in Balochistan until September 4.
