A separate room has been assigned to Karachi Karsaz road suspect in the jail, sources said on Saturday.

At least two people, including a woman, were killed and seven injured when the woman driver of a car lost control and struck several vehicles at Karachi’s Karsaz Road on August 19.

The suspect was identified as Natasha Iqbal. Earlier this week, a city court sent her to jail on a 14-day judicial remand over allegedly killing two people in the accident.

The case has been registered at the Bahadurabad police station, and Natasha is currently in custody under a court order.

Reports said that four female inmates have been assigned to cater to her needs and her meals and other supplies are delivered daily.
