No dialogue with country’s enemies, says PM Shehbaz
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has condemned the recent wave of terrorist attacks in Balochistan, vowing to eliminate terrorism and reiterating that there will be no negotiations with enemies of the state.
Addressing a key cabinet meeting, Sharif emphasized the recent surge in terrorist activities, particularly the tragic incidents in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, where Pakistani citizens have been targeted. He expressed deep concern over the recent attacks in Balochistan, which have claimed the lives of over 50 Pakistanis, including law enforcement officials.
Sharif assured that the sacrifices of security forces will not go in vain and reiterated the government’s unwavering commitment to eradicating terrorism. He emphasized that the recent attacks are aimed at undermining Pakistan’s progress and creating a rift between Pakistan and China.
The Prime Minister stressed the importance of unity and declared that the government will provide all necessary resources to the Pakistan Armed Forces to combat terrorism. He assured the nation that the government will not rest until terrorism is completely eradicated, and that the Pakistani Army and the nation are united in this fight.

Sharif also highlighted the role of the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in the recent attacks, stating that the group is operating from Afghanistan. He confirmed that Pakistan has informed Afghanistan about the issue and has taken effective measures against the terrorists.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the government will work closely with provincial governments to eliminate the threat of terrorism and ensure the safety of all citizens. He also highlighted the need to identify and counter the motives of those who seek to destabilize Pakistan.
Sharif assured that the government is committed to dialogue with those who believe in the Pakistani constitution and its flag. However, he made it clear that there will be no negotiations with those who are enemies of the state, emphasizing that this message is clear and unwavering. He concluded by stating that the recent incidents are a wake-up call for everyone and that Pakistan will overcome these challenges.
