In a bid to boost spectator turnout for the weekend, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced free entry for the remaining two days (fourth and fifth) of the first Test match between Pakistan and Bangladesh at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

The decision aims to encourage families and students to witness the action between the two teams, part of the ICC World Test Championship 2023-25.

Spectators can enter the stadium free of charge by presenting their original CNIC or B-form. They can choose to watch the match from any of the VIP enclosures (Imran Khan and Javed Miandad) - reserved for families only - or the premium enclosures (Miran Baksh, Shoaib Akhtar, Sohail Tanvir and Yasir Arafat).

However, the free entry policy does not apply to tickets already purchased for the PCB Gallery or Platinum Box.

Fans who have already purchased tickets for the fourth and fifth days will receive a full refund. Online ticket purchases will be automatically refunded to the credit/debit card used for purchase. For tickets purchased at Express Centres, fans are requested to bring their original tickets to the centre for a refund.

To further enhance accessibility, a free shuttle bus service will continue to operate on two routes on matchdays. Route 1 will run from Aviation Ground, Rawal Road, Murree Road to Allama Iqbal Park Entrance Gate, while Route 2 will run from Government Satellite Town College for Boys, 6th Road, Murree Road to Allama Iqbal Park Entrance Gate.
